Ingredients: 300g wax gourd, leek 1 root.
Seasoning: 5g soy sauce, 5g soy sauce, 3g salt and 3g sugar.
Exercise:
1. Peel off the flesh of wax gourd and cut it into thin slices;
2. After the vegetable oil pan is hot, add the wax gourd and stir fry;
3. Stir-fry until the melon corners are slightly yellow;
4. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and sugar, and appropriate amount of water, cover and cook for about 10 minute;
5. After the melon is cooked and tasted, the juice is collected by fire, sprinkled with chopped green onion, and taken out of the pot.
Third, stewed ribs with wax gourd.
Ingredients: coix seed 200g, wax gourd 300g, medlar 100g, leek 1, two slices of ginger.
Seasoning: salt 3g, monosodium glutamate 3g.
1. Wash Coicis Semen, peel wax gourd, cut into large pieces, slice ginger, and obliquely cut onion into small pieces for later use;
2. Wash the ribs and put them in a casserole. Fill it with water at a time, about 5 liters. After boiling the bleeding foam, carefully remove the bleeding foam with a spoon until the soup is clean and free of impurities;
