Method for pickling okra with white wine vinegar
Wash okra, put it in a bowl filled with ice and ice water, and refrigerate for 3 to 24 hours.
Add water to a small pot, add white wine vinegar, sugar and salt to boil, add mustard seeds, pepper, garlic, pepper and dill, and turn off the heat.
Take out the iced okra, dry it, put it in a water-free and oil-free sealable glass container, pour in the sauce from the previous step, and seal it.
Stored in a cool place, it can be pickled for 3 days to 2 weeks according to personal preference.
skill
1 Liquor vinegar is different from white vinegar and is a common condiment in western food.
All the seasonings needed for pickling can basically be bought in relatively large imported supermarkets. If you can't find dill, be flexible and don't put it ~
