How to make:
1. Prepare fresh noodles
2. Add a tablespoon of sesame oil and mix well
3. Steam the dough in a steamer for 10 minutes on high heat. Shake the steamed dough with chopsticks until cool
4. Chop the squash, pickled bean curd, and scallions
5. If you like spicy food, mix the squash and pickled bean curd with chili oil or chili sauce
6. Lastly, mix the sesame sauce with sesame oil, soy sauce, soy sauce, and salt. Add the cooled noodles to the pot and cook for about 1 minute, not too soft
7. Remove the noodles from the pot, pour the sauce over them, sprinkle with squash, pickled bean curd and green onion, and mix well while it's still hot
