Method for making cream corn thick soup
Composition:
Ingredients: 200g of cooked corn kernels, 300g of potatoes, 0/00g of onion/kloc, 700g of chicken soup.
Accessories: croutons, basil, black pepper, salt and fragrant leaves.
Exercise:
1. Dice onion, slice potato and prepare fragrant leaves.
Step 2 melt the butter in the pot
Add chopped onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Pour in potato chips and stir fry
Add chicken soup
6. Add a little more than half of the corn kernels and leave some corn kernels for later use.
7. Cook until the potatoes are cooked, season with salt and black pepper, and turn off the heat to cool down. Pick out the fragrant leaves
8. Pour it into the cooking machine and paste it.
9. Pour it back into the pot, boil it and add the remaining corn kernels.
10. Cook for another minute or two.
1 1. Put the cooked soup into a bowl, sprinkle a little basil and serve with croutons. Fried croutons are my own diced red jujube bread, which goes well with thick soup.
