Han Xin, the founding hero of the Han Dynasty, lived with his brother and sister-in-law when he was a child and lived on leftovers. Little Han Xin helps his brother during the day and studies hard at night, but his mean sister-in-law still hates his reading, and thinks it is useless to read. So Han Xin had to sleep on the street, hungry.
There is an old lady who works as a servant for others. She sympathized with him, supported him in his studies and gave him food every day. Facing the sincerity of the old woman, Han Xin was very grateful. He said to the old man, "I must repay you when I grow up." The old woman smiled and said, "I'll bury it when you grow up." Later, Han Xin became a famous soldier and was named King of Chu by Liu Bang. He still remembers the old man who helped him. So he found the old man, took him to his palace and treated her like his mother.

The teacher of Sun Bin, a famous strategist in ancient China, was Guiguzi, a strategist in the Warring States Period. He is very good at cultivating students' innovative thinking in teaching, and his methods are different and unique.
It is said that one day Guiguzi gave each of Sun Bin and Pang Juan an axe and asked them to go up the mountain to cut firewood, demanding that "firewood is smokeless and more than 100 loads", which must be completed within 10 days. After receiving the task, Pang Juan went out early and came back late every day, chopping wood without thinking.
After careful consideration, Sun Bin chose some elms and put them in a cave with a big belly and a small door, and burned them into charcoal. Then he used a pole made of cypress branches to carry the charcoal burned by elms back to Guigu Cave, meaning that one hundred cypresses were more knotted than one elm. 10 days later, Guiguzi lit the dry wood from Pang Juan in the cave for the first time. Although the fire is very strong, the smoke is rolling. Then Guiguzi lit the charcoal in Sun Bin, which was vigorous and smokeless. This is exactly what Guiguzi expected. Needless to say, diligent but thoughtless Pang Juan was criticized by Guiguzi.
Another time, Guiguzi asked disciples Sun Bin and Pang Juan this question: I am standing in the house, how can you let me out? Pang Juan said, "Teacher, what's the trouble? I'll pull you out. " Guiguzi said, "Not really. I have to let myself out. "
Sun Bin thought for a long time. He said to the teacher unhurriedly, "Teacher, I can't let you go out by yourself, but I can let you walk in from outside." Guiguzi said, "Well, I'd like to see how you let me walk into the house by myself." Say that finish, he walked out of the house and came to the yard. Sun Bin saw the teacher go out of the house and said, "Teacher, didn't you go out of the house by yourself?" At this time, Guiguzi knew that he had been cheated.

Sun Bin is a descendant of Sun Wu, a great strategist of the State of Qi during the Warring States Period. He studied the art of war with Pang Juan in his early years.
Later, Pang Juan became the general of Wei State and won the trust of Wei Huiwang. Pang Juan was jealous of Sun Bin's talent and invited him to Wei for a pretence, but secretly accused him of adultery with Qi in front of him. Wei Huiwang was furious and ordered Sun Bin to take off his kneecap and tattoo his face.
Sun Bin pretended to be crazy and avoided being killed. Later, Sun Bin fled back to Qi, appreciated Sun Bin's talent and greatly used him.
In 354 BC, Pang Juan led the troops to surround Handan, the capital of Zhao. Zhao turned to Qi for help. In the second year, Tian Ji was appointed as the general and Sun Bin as the strategist, leading the army to save Zhao.
Tian Ji wanted to lead troops to reinforce Zhao, but Sun Bin refused, saying, "Avoid the real and attack the virtual, and attack the key. Now it's better to lead the army to attack the Weidu girder, and Wei Jun will definitely return to the army to save himself. Wouldn't it be nice to relieve Zhao's crisis and hit them? "
Tian Ji listened, even said good, and acted according to Sun Bin's plan. Sure enough, Pang Juan left Zhao and hurried back to the army. Go to Guilin, only to find that Sun Bin has already set an ambush here. Wei Jun was caught off guard, defeated by the Qi army, and fled.
Pang Juan was greatly surprised when he saw the word "Sun" on the banner of the Qi army in the battle. He said, "It turns out that Sun Bin is still alive, and I was tricked by him!" Pang Juan tidy up beaten army, mess fled back to the girder.
Thirteen years later, Wei Huiwang sent Pang Juan to attack South Korea. South Korea can't help it and has been looking for help. This time, Sun Bin still adopted the old method of Tortoise War, instead of directly rescuing South Korea, it attacked Wei.
Pang Juan led Wei Jun back day and night. By this time, the Qi army had invaded the territory of Wei and occupied many places. This time, Sun Bin made a plan and ordered the Qi army to retreat.
Pang Juan saw the Qi army withdrawing troops, followed behind and followed closely. On the first day, he chased the Qi army to camp, only to find that the camp was full of cooking stoves. He asked the number of stoves to be counted. He was surprised and said, "I didn't expect that there were 100,000 people eating in the Qi army. There are so many people! "
The next day, he chased the Qi army to camp, called a little more people, and found that the cooking stove was half missing. He said happily, "It seems that many Qi troops have escaped."
On the third day, Pang Juan found that the cooking stoves used by the Qi army were greatly reduced. He was even happier and said to his men, "I have long known that the Qi army is timid and afraid of death. They have only been in our country for three days, and more than half have run away. "
Pang Juan ordered to leave the trench, only with light elite troops, and pursued the Qi army day and night. Where did he expect, this is exactly what Sun Bin used to lure the enemy and lead him to pursue.
Sun Bin expected that he could reach Maling that night. So he ordered the soldiers to cut down the big tree and block the road, leaving only one big tree on the side of the road, peeling off the bark and writing these big words on the bare tree: "Pang Juan died under this tree." He also ordered the archers in the army to ambush on both sides. That night, Pang Juan really arrived in Maling. He walked under the big tree and saw that the road was blocked by the tree, so he ordered people to move the tree.
When he saw that there seemed to be words on the tree, he made a fire. Before Pang Juan could finish reading the characters on the tree, the Qi army was in full swing, and Pang Juan was hit by several arrows. Knowing that failure was inevitable, he drew his sword and committed suicide. Pang Juan still refused to admit defeat when he died, and said angrily, "I didn't expect this boy named Sun Bin to become famous!"
From then on, Sun Bin's fame spread all over the vassal states at that time.
I hope to adopt O (∩ _ ∩) O. Thank you.
