Pig's blood cooked tofu recipe steps
1.? Prepare the ingredients. Cut the pig's blood and tofu into cubes and skewer them with bamboo skewers.
2.? Pour oil into a pot and fry the onion, ginger, garlic and sesame leaves over low heat.
3.? Add the perfumed fish seasoning and fry.
4.? Add salt. Add soy sauce. Add vinegar. Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water.
