Eggs are very nutritious, and boiled eggs will largely retain the nutrition of eggs. If the egg is boiled in boiling water, it usually takes about 5-7 minutes to cook a flowing egg. If you cook it for another two minutes or so, it will be a delicious egg.
Many people prefer the taste of boiled eggs because they taste better. If it is fully cooked, it takes about 10 minutes to cook, but fully cooked eggs will be easier to choke.
Matters needing attention
Generally, some excrement, dust, dirt and the like will remain on the surface of eggs, so the eggs should be cleaned before cooking, and the residue on the surface should be cleaned. Remember to rinse with clean water after washing. But if the eggs are not ready to eat, don't wash them first, or they will go bad easily.
