Exercise 1
Ingredients: some coarse leeks, based on 18-20 sticks/stick.
Roasted leek
Seasoning: salt and pepper, cumin and pepper, salad oil.
Production: leek is cut at both ends, which is beautiful and easy to operate. Bake in the oven, brush the oil first, and wait until the leeks start to soften. Generally, leeks will soften in 2 minutes and start to scatter. If there are many roasted leeks, roast them repeatedly so that each string of leeks is roasted evenly.
Exercise 2
Raw materials:
Leek, salt, cumin powder, Chili powder, pepper, oil, white sesame.
Operation:
1, wash leeks. After the water in the pot is boiled, put the leek in the pot and quickly remove it and drain it.
2, two or three leeks together, slowly rolled into a roll from the root, the tighter the better.
3. The bamboo stick passes through the rolled leek roll.
4. Brush a layer of oil evenly on the leek roll and sprinkle with salt, cumin powder, pepper and white sesame seeds.
5. Preheat the oven 180 degrees for 3 minutes.
