2. The cuttlefish tears off the fascia, cuts it into small pieces and grinds it into a paste in a meat grinder.
3. Add an egg, 80g flour, 50g starch, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil and chicken powder, and stir in one direction until it is gelatinous.
4. Scoop out a small lump with a spoon and fry it flat in the oil pan until both sides are golden.
