1. Add seasonings to the pork head, cook and chop.
2. Chop the onions into small pieces.
3. Wash the abrasive tools and put the plastic layer on them.
4. Add salt and thirteen spices to the chopped pork head, and stir-fry until the oil is released. The result will be non-greasy.
5. Place a layer of dry tofu on the plastic.
6. Place the fried pig head meat on the dried tofu and spread it flat.
7. Place a layer of dry tofu and a layer of plastic on top of the meat. I put a board on it and looked for something that could press the oil out overnight. I used 2 rocks and a beer box.
8. Leave it overnight and scratch off the oil on it.
9. Cut it out and eat.
