Usually glutinous rice is used as the main raw material, wrapped in fried dough sticks, mustard tuber, pork floss, etc., which is fragrant and chewy.
Production method:
1, the ratio of glutinous rice to rice is 2: 1, washed and soaked overnight, and then steamed in a steamer;
2. Put the quick-frozen alum-free fried dough sticks into the oven 180 degree baking 15 minutes, and cut the mustard tuber into powder;
3. Spread plastic wrap on the bamboo curtain and stick the spoon with cold boiled water.
