How to make carrot juice steamed bread?
Shred a medium-sized carrot ~ then add a proper amount of water (about 20~30g) and pour it into a blender to make carrot juice, then filter out the carrot residue and leave the juice for later use.
It is advisable to heat carrot juice in a microwave oven so that it is not hot, then pour yeast to melt it, add flour and fine sugar, and stir it into a floccule with chopsticks.
Then slowly knead it into smooth dough by hand, put it in a container, seal it and ferment it to twice its size.
Take out the dough and knead it again after venting. Roll out bubbles with a rolling pin, and then roll them into rectangular dough pieces.
