Don't eat jiaozi's saying on the winter solstice.
The winter solstice misbehaves the jiaozi bowl, and nobody cares if you freeze your ears. This proverb comes from the story of Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty. It is said that after Zhang Zhongjing resigned from his post and went home, he found that the people on both sides of the Baihe River had bad ears because of the cold, so he boiled a bowl of herbal soup to dispel cold and treat frostbite, put mutton stuffing in a flour bag, wrapped it in the shape of ears, and distributed it to the people to eat. After eating, he was warm, his ears were hot and his frostbitten ears were cured. Therefore, the custom of eating jiaozi on the winter solstice gradually formed and has been passed down to this day.
