Soak the red beans at night before going to bed, and can be used the next day early in the morning

Cooking the amount of red beans in the water of the soup to their own control, like to drink the soup with more water. Like me like like red bean paste drink, you can put twice the amount of water. I was counting according to the soaked beans, a bowl of beans, two bowls of water

Put the water, high heat to boil, keep boiling state about half a minute and turn off the fire. Do not open the lid, simmer until the juice cools, when the beans have broken the skin and blossomed, the soup is cloudy, already cooked

Eat can be re-heated on the fire until warm, add brown sugar to taste can be. Brown sugar can make the color of the soup more red and better. Adding white sugar, rock sugar or honey is fine, just lighter in color
