Water temperature is an important factor in seafood preservation. The suitable water temperature of seafood is generally maintained at 18℃-2 1℃, but abalone and mussel are low-temperature and high-salt varieties, and their adaptive temperature is 12℃- 15℃. When the temperature is too high, it is not good for living organisms, and it is easy to cause diseases and losses.
In natural sea areas, shellfish can adapt to the water temperature in the range of 0 ~ 36℃. When the water temperature is 5 ~ 35℃, the growth is normal, and it grows fastest at 18 ~ 30℃. The upper limit of suitable temperature for Meretrix meretrix is 43℃, and when the water temperature rises to 44℃, the mortality rate reaches 50%.
When the water temperature rises to 45℃, all die; When the water temperature drops to 0℃, gill cilia stop moving and feeding stops; When the water temperature dropped to -2 ~ 3℃, the mortality rate reached 10% after three weeks.
Water temperature, salinity, survival period and feeding methods of common marine species
1, Australian lobster
Summer water temperature 12- 15℃, winter water temperature 18- 19℃, salinity 24-26%. Generally, lobsters can live for a week and change water once every three months without muddy water. Because Australian lobsters are vigorous and active, don't mix with others except crayfish.
2. Little Qinglong (crayfish)
Water temperature 17- 18℃, salinity 24-26%. Generally, it can survive for 3-4 days. You can mix lobster.
3. Duobao fish and saury
The water temperature is 18- 19℃ and the salinity is 16- 18%. Can feed 15 days, change water once a week. The two can be mixed.
4. Flower crabs, rare crabs, swimming crabs and cream crabs
Water temperature 17- 19℃, salinity 23-24%. Generally, it can live for 7 days, and all crabs can be mixed and eaten.
5, clams, clams
Water temperature 13- 15℃, salinity 12- 15%. They can live for about five days. Generally, they are fed with running water, and there is no taboo for mixed culture of these shellfish, but they are all placed separately because of their small size.
6, sturgeon, stickleback, river shrimp
The water temperature is 12- 15℃ and the salinity is 0. Because sturgeon is fierce, it needs to be fed separately, and other species can be mixed.
7. Prawn, Neoprawn, Snail Shrimp and Grass Shrimp.
Water temperature 18- 19℃, salinity 16- 18%. Most of them can live 1-2 days. Because shrimp easily deteriorates the water quality, it should be changed every 1 day. If dead shrimps are found in seafood pool, they must be fished out immediately.
8. Scallops, scallops, mussels and snails.
The water temperature is 0℃ and the salinity is 18-20%. It can be stored for 3 days and usually fed with running water. These shellfish generally have no contraindications to polyculture, but they are all placed separately because of their small size.
9. Oriental star spots, stone spots, rat spots, tiger spots and other spots.
The water temperature is about 20℃ (thermostat is needed in winter) and the salinity is 24-26%. Generally, the water is changed once a week, and all the water can be mixed except grouper.
10, like mussels
The water temperature is about -2℃ and the salinity is 24-25%. Generally, it can be stored for 5 days, changed once every 2 days, and can be mixed with left-handed fish.
1 1, live abalone
The water temperature is 12- 15℃ and the salinity is 10- 12%. It can be stored for 15 days, and the water is changed once every five days on average. Generally, seafood pool should be fed alone.
12, live sea cucumber
The water temperature is about 15℃ and the salinity is 10-22%. It can be kept for 3 days, and the water is changed once every 2 days on average. Generally, seafood pool should be fed alone.
13, Meretrix meretrix, snail, Meretrix meretrix
The water temperature is 65438 00℃ and the salinity is about 65438 02%. It can be kept for 5 days and is usually fed with running water. Moreover, these shellfish generally have no contraindications to polyculture, but are raised separately because of their small size.
