Ingredients: 350g gluten flour, 85g corn flour, 40g yellow wheat and 40g buckwheat flour.
Accessories: 240 grams of warm water, 2 grams of yeast and 5 Chinese dates.
1. Mix all the flour together, sprinkle with yeast and stir with warm water.
2. Wash and chop jujube.
3. Knead until smooth, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and wake it up for about an hour.
