Jin Junmei is precious because the whole process is handmade by a tea artist. Every 500g Jin Junmei needs tens of thousands of fresh tea buds. The fresh tea buds of alpine original ecological people in Wuyishan Nature Reserve are picked, and then they are completed through a series of complicated processing steps such as withering, shaking, fermentation, rolling and so on. Jin Junmei is a rare treasure in tea. It is compact in appearance, golden velvet in brown color, golden in soup color and sweet in mouth.
Cultivation characteristics
Jin Junmei's root system is underdeveloped, it is not easy to heal after injury, and its drought and cold resistance are poor. Its fibrous roots are few, and its transverse distribution is more, but its longitudinal distribution is not deep. Weeding and ploughing too deep and too dense are easy to damage its roots and cause dead seedlings; When planting, the soil is not dense or the root water is insufficient, or the seedlings will die if they are not watered in time after planting.
Jin Junmei has a strong topping advantage. Only by topping in time, promoting branches and growing more new buds and leaves can the yield be increased.
Jin Junmei has many buds and many fruits. A large number of flowers and fruits will consume nutrients and must be removed in time, otherwise the growth of buds and leaves will be slow, production will be late and yield will be low.
Poor adaptability. Jin Junmei has high requirements on soil, and only in thick clay can Jin Canjun Mei grow well.
