The recipe for farmhouse Yuqian rice is as follows:
1. Clean the Yuqian fish, remove the scales and internal organs, and cut it into small pieces for later use.
2. Heat the pot, add appropriate amount of oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add Yuqian fish pieces and stir-fry until both sides are golden.
4. Add a small amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.
