Peel and wash the bought wax gourd, cut it into diced seeds and put it in the pot.
Add rock sugar and brown sugar, mix well with diced wax gourd and marinate for 30 minutes.
Fire. After the fire boils, turn down the fire, keep it slightly boiling and cook for 2 hours. If there is floating foam, skim it off (keep stirring to prevent it from sticking to the pot).
Turn off the heat when the wax gourd approaches dark brown.
