I. Candidates and Conditions
(1) Recruitment target: Open recruitment for full-time college graduates in 2009 and people with nationally recognized academic qualifications. Applicants who are not permanent residents in Guangdong are limited to full-time colleges and universities with bachelor's degree or above.
Recruitment targets are divided into two categories: fresh graduates and social workers. Fresh graduates refer to full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who graduated in 2009 (corresponding graduation certificates and degree certificates must be obtained before September 30, 2009) (including those who went through the formalities of suspension from school in 2007 and 2008 and were not employed); Social personnel refer to those who have obtained nationally recognized academic qualifications except fresh graduates. Fresh graduates and social workers apply according to the categories of candidates. Ordinary college graduates who graduated at the end of 2008 or the beginning of 2009 for two and a half years or completed credits in advance are regarded as fresh graduates. Those who have participated in the work must obtain the consent of the work unit before they can apply for the exam. Returned overseas students from Hong Kong and Macao apply for civil servants. Those who graduated less than 1 year at the time of registration are regarded as fresh graduates, and those who graduated more than 1 year are regarded as social workers.
(2) Application conditions:
1. Has the nationality of China and supports the constitution of China.
2. Be law-abiding and have good conduct.
3. Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally, and being between 18 and 35 years old (born between1March 3, 9731March 3, 99654381); To apply for the posts of people's police and judicial police, you must have the prescribed physical conditions and age requirements. After the expiration of the service period, college students who have passed the examination and are engaged in teaching, supporting agriculture, supporting medicine and helping the poor (hereinafter referred to as "three supports and one support") can apply for civil service positions with age restrictions, and the age for applying for the position is relaxed by 2 years, but not more than 35 years old.
4. Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post.
5. Have a college degree or above (individual special positions are relaxed to high school and technical secondary school education).
6. Have the qualifications required for the proposed position.
7. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, the applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience refers to the work experience of the party and government organs below the county level, as well as all kinds of enterprises, institutions, other economic organizations, social organizations and other grass-roots units, production lines and rural areas. I have worked in military regiments and units below the regiment level, which is considered as grassroots work experience.
Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been found cheating in examinations by the competent authorities of civil servants since 2005, and those who are prohibited from being employed as civil servants by law are not allowed to register. Servicemen, civil servants whose service period is not full (including probation period), former civil servants who have been dismissed for less than 5 years, and non-fresh college graduates are not allowed to register.
It is not allowed to apply for the positions listed in Article 68 of the Civil Service Law that are related to the civil servants of the recruitment agency.
Second, the application method
(1) Registration place: Meizhou Vocational and Technical School, Student Avenue, Dongshan Education Base, Meizhou City.
(2) Registration time: April 2009 1 1 to April 12. 8: 30 am-12: 00 am; 14:30- 17:00 pm。
(3) Registration requirements: Applicants should hold mainland resident ID cards, student ID cards, employment recommendation forms for college graduates, social worker ID cards, household registration books, academic certificates, degree certificates and other relevant supporting materials (all documents require originals and photocopies), and three recent bareheaded photos on the same page, and fill in the Registration Form for Civil Servants in Guangdong Province in 2009. In addition to applying for positions in public security organs, others can apply for them on their behalf. Each applicant can only apply for one position that meets the recruitment requirements, and can't register with the old and new ID numbers at the same time. The ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same. On-the-job personnel employed by state-owned units must obtain the consent of the work unit and issue a written certificate. Returned overseas students must obtain overseas academic qualifications and degree certification from the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and have relevant certification materials issued by China embassies and consulates abroad, which meet the post requirements. The application materials submitted for registration must be true and accurate. Those who provide false application materials will be disqualified once verified. Whoever forges or alters relevant documents, materials and information to defraud the examination qualification shall be disqualified from the examination and shall not apply for civil servants for five years. Qualification examiners should strictly check, and those who meet the requirements shall not refuse to register; If the examination is unqualified, it shall timely feedback the examination opinions; If the materials are incomplete, the missing contents shall be indicated and returned to the applicant for supplement. Third, the exam.
(1) written test: The written test is organized by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Personnel Department, and the test paper and time are unified throughout the province (the test place will be notified separately).
The written test subjects are "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Shen Lun". "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Shen Lun" do not specify examination books. Those who apply for positions in courts and procuratorates and fail to pass the national unified judicial examination shall take the basic knowledge of law. The examination reference book is "Basic Knowledge of Law" compiled by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Higher People's Court, the Provincial People's Procuratorate and the Provincial Personnel Department in 2005 and published by Guangdong People's Publishing House.

The written test scores are calculated by adding the scores of "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Shen Lun", and 1 decimal places are reserved according to rounding. The minimum score of written test is determined by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Personnel Department. "Basic knowledge of law" scores are not included in the written test scores, and the qualified scores are delineated by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Higher People's Court and the Provincial People's Procuratorate. Those below the qualified score line cannot enter the interview.
The "three supports and one support" college students enrolled in our province who pass the examination after the expiration of the service period will apply for civil servants in our province within 3 years from the date of the expiration of the service period, and the written test score will be added with 3 points, which will be preferred under the same conditions. Students with "three supports and one support" shall apply for extra points at Meizhou Personnel Examination Office before the written test with the original and photocopy of the service certificate of "three supports and one support" issued by the Provincial Coordination Management Office, so as to summarize and report the extra points to the province.
(2) Interview: The interview was conducted in strict accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Interview of Civil Servants in Guangdong Province (Trial), and the proposition was unified by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Personnel Department. The interview time is unified in the whole province, and there is a set of interview questions every half day. The specific time and place will be announced separately.
Interviewers are calculated by sections according to the number of people to be hired in the recruitment position. The specific calculation function is:

Among them, χ represents the number of people to be employed in the recruitment position, and у represents the number of people interviewed; The calculation result (у value) is rounded to the nearest decimal point. Candidates with short written test scores shall determine the interviewers according to the above provisions in the order of high and low written test scores, and review the qualifications of interviewers.
Candidates who apply for positions in public security organs must undergo physical fitness assessment. Those who fail the physical fitness assessment cannot enter the interview. Physical fitness assessment is organized and implemented by the personnel department and the public security department of the municipal government at or above the prefecture level.
The total test score is calculated according to the following formula:
Total test score = written test score ÷2×60%+ interview score ×40%.
The total score of the examination is determined to be qualified by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Personnel Department depending on the specific situation of the minimum admission score of the written test.
Those who pass the examination will be determined by the total score and the number of people to be employed in the recruitment position. Those who fail to pass the physical examination and inspection or give up employment may be replaced by the candidates for physical examination and inspection in turn. The replacement of civil servants will be closed from the date of the next recruitment announcement.
Fourth, admission
The list of qualified personnel for medical examination and inspection shall be publicized for 7 days through the Internet and other media. If there is no objection after publicity, it shall be submitted for approval and employment according to the prescribed procedures and authority.
