1. Processing pumpkin:

7. Stir-fried egg yolk:
In another pot, pour a little cooking oil, pour the crushed salted egg yolk, and stir-fry slowly on low heat until the pot bubbles white.
When frying egg yolks, you must stir-fry them slowly with a small fire. If the fire is too big, the egg yolks will turn black.
8. Fried pumpkin strips:
Put the fried pumpkin strips into the pot. Fry 3g sugar for 5 minutes. The fried pumpkin strips are put on the plate.
