I. Cutting and peeling
1. Choose a pineapple with yellow skin. After you buy it, wash it with water, then prepare a sharp knife and cut the head of the pineapple from the neck.2. Then put the pineapple on the counter, cut it in half with a knife from the center, and then in half again until it is evenly divided into four parts.3. Peel each of these four parts, pick up one of them, and use a knife to peel off the outer skin to ensure that the pineapple eye is partially removed without affecting the food. After cutting a piece, you can peel the other three pieces.4. Cut the peeled pineapple into small pieces, and then soak them in salt water and eat them
Two, peel first and then cut
1. After the pineapple is cleaned and cleaned, remove the outer skin, which is about 1cm thick. Do not cut first, and do not remove the top handle, otherwise the operation will be very difficult.2. Take out a small fruit knife, tilt it along the pineapple eyes, that is, almost 45 degrees, and gently remove these pineapple eyes, and repeat this step for the other pineapple eyes.4. Then remove the top leaves, and divide the whole pineapple into several small pieces.
