Ingredients: tender tofu, Undaria pinnatifida, chopped green onion and miso sauce.
Practice steps:
1. Undaria pinnatifida is soaked in hot water for three minutes, then taken out, and the miso sauce is melted in hot water;
2. Boil a pot of hot water, add a handful of Muyu flowers and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Dig the tofu into pieces with a spoon and put it in (or cut into pieces), add the soaked Undaria pinnatifida and cook for a while;
4. Add the soaked miso sauce, cook for 5 minutes, sprinkle chopped green onion, add a proper amount of salt and a spoonful of soy sauce to serve.
