I have tried many methods, including what to turn down the fire and what to turn down the water. The most convenient way is to beat it in a microwave oven, put a bowl of boiling water and knock an egg for one minute. If you like an older one, call for a minute and a half. If it is cold water, I suggest turning on the water first. Eggs are absolutely unbreakable and absolutely beautiful!
