2. River powder, also known as Shahe powder, is flat and wide in shape. It is a popular traditional food in Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi, Fujian and Hunan. Rice flour is a common snack ingredient in China, Guangdong, Guangxi and Southeast Asia. Originated in Guangzhou Shahe 1860 or so, hence the name.
