Recommended three meals a day recipes for high school students
1. Breakfast: sweet potato porridge, fresh meat shumai. Morning snack: yogurt, whole wheat bread. Lunch: sweet and sour chops, sauteed greens with mushrooms, cabbage and tofu soup. Afternoon snack: boiled white egg, banana. Dinner: braised scallop, shredded pork with seaweed, broccoli in soup. Late night snack: small wontons with fish.

2. Breakfast: boiled egg with milk, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, a slice of ham. Lunch: cold lettuce, mushroom and tofu, radish chops soup, rice. Dinner: one piece of sea bream with scallions, fried cabbage, tomato and egg soup, rice. Snack: one yogurt/apple.

3. Breakfast: one cup of milk (250ml-300ml), steamed egg custard (one egg), two pieces of bread, one cup of fresh juice or one piece of fruit. Lunch: Stir-fried bamboo shoots with sliced meat, soybean and seaweed stewed chops soup, stir-fried baby bok choy, rice. Dinner: one sea bream with scallions, shredded pork and tofu soup, cold cucumber, rice.

4. Breakfast: milk, eggs, bread, peanut butter. Fruit addition: apple. Lunch: rice, beef in sauce, celery, lily and mixed mushroom soup. Dinner: rice, sweet and sour crucian carp, shredded potato with green pepper, spinach and egg soup. Extra meal: yogurt.
