1. Ingredients: 4 tamagoyaki tofu, half carrot, 1 green pepper, appropriate amount of oil, a little chopped green onion, 1 spoon of starch, 5 spoons of water, 2 spoons of very fresh soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, sugar Half a spoonful.
2. Cut the tamagoyaki into sections.
3. Coat the surface with a layer of corn starch.
4. Put oil in the pot. The oil temperature is 50% hot. Put the tofu in the pot and fry it over medium heat.
5. Fry until the surface is golden brown, take it out, turn to high heat, put it in the pot again and fry again for 1 minute.
6. Remove and set aside.
