Ingredients:

Eggs, red pigment, red paper.

How to do it:

The first one is made with dye: it is generally used when making many red eggs, and can be bought at the grocery store in the market (it is said to be used Just make red egg coloring or go to the food store to buy coloring). It's shorter and faster.

1. Wash the whole eggs with shells, boil the eggs with water, and then cool the cooked eggs;

2. Mix the dye with warm water into a pot of red dye water , and then put the hard-boiled eggs into the basin. You can fish it out after the whole egg is dyed red, and then wait for the red eggs to dry. The red eggs are ready! Please pay attention to one thing here: don't overcook or break the eggs, otherwise the inside of the eggs will turn red.

The second type is made of red paper used for worshiping gods: there are two ways to use red paper to make red eggs. They take a long time and are slow, suitable for making only a few. If you are not in a hurry, you can choose one of the methods.

1. Gently wipe the hard-boiled egg shell with red paper, and the egg shell will turn red. But you have to keep rubbing it gently until the whole egg turns red;

2. This method is what my grandma Yunyun and I often do. It feels quite simple and convenient.
