"Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" is adapted from the 1964 Roald Dahl novel of the same name. Produced by Warner Bros. Pictures, directed by Tim Burton, and co-starring Johnny Depp, Freddie Highmore and others. The film was released in the United States on July 15, 2005.
