Zongzi
Zongzi, steamed food made of glutinous rice wrapped in zongzi leaves, is one of the traditional festive foods of the Han Chinese.
The zongzi come in a wide variety of varieties, from fillings such as Beijing jujube zongzi wrapped with small jujubes in the north, to mung beans, five-flower meat, bean paste, eight treasures, ham, mushrooms, egg yolks, and many other fillings in the south.
