Methods/steps
1. Prepare four green peppers, wash them, and blanch them in a boiling water pot for five minutes. Blanching is better than cooling.
2. Then put the blanched green pepper into a cooking cup and beat it into Chili powder. Pour off the water and dry it for later use.
3. Put more than a dozen pieces of pork into a stir-fry cup, add minced onion and ginger, and mash.

6. Finally, roll the dough into dumpling wrappers, wrap the prepared stuffing, and put it in a boiling pot to cook, and the delicious green pepper stuffing jiaozi will be ready.
