Cooking method of black pearl: take one kilogram of pearl pills of any color. Add 10 kg of water and boil (first boil the water, then add pearl pills to make balls. You must wait for the hot water to boil before using it, otherwise it will melt into powder immediately. Keep the water rolling over a medium fire and stir with a filter spoon. Time: 15-20 minutes (you can add or subtract time according to your preference, and the longer you cook, the softer it will be). Time's up. Cover the pot and turn off the fire. Stew 15-20 minutes (the longer the stew, the better the elasticity) or cook until all the powder balls are transparent. Time is up. Take out the pearls and rinse them with cold water. In a large bowl, add rice balls and sugar until the pearls are soaked thoroughly and stir well for about 30 minutes.
Tea bag: put 60 grams of tea leaves (no longer packaged with bagged convenient tea) into 3 kilograms of water, and brew in a stainless steel pot or ordinary pot (boil the water to above 90 degrees before adding tea leaves). Soak in 10 minutes or so -20 minutes to take out the tea bag. The brewed tea leaves are slightly bitter. If they are too bitter, add boiling water to dissolve them. You can decide the brewing time according to your own requirements for tea concentration. Generally speaking, it is not recommended to brew for a long time, because it will lead to excessive tea taste and affect the taste. Iced tea juice in the refrigerator.
Ice bubble tea: put 30g creamer (2 tablespoons), 2 tablespoons fruit powder and 1 tablespoon syrup into a shaker, add 40g hot water, stir evenly with a stirring rod, add 300ml~400m black tea, then add 3~4 ice cubes, which is about 2/3 of the volume of the shaker, and shake quickly for 20 times until all the ice cubes in the shaker are dissolved, and let it bubble. Take a 360ml bubble teacup, pour it into the cup, insert the straw and give it to the customer. If sealing is needed, put the milk tea on the sealing machine, cover the sealing film, and carry out hot pressing sealing.
Note: The ratio of milk tea to fruit powder of bubble tea directly affects the taste and quality of bubble tea. If you add more cream and milk tea powder, the taste of bubble tea will be good and the cost will be high. If the cost is reduced, sugar or other flavors and milk powder can be added.
Appropriate amount of milk powder plays the role of clear milk tea. Once there is too much milk powder, the taste of milk tea will become a little greasy. Therefore, when putting milk powder, we must pay attention to the dosage. Don't think that the heavier the milk tastes, the better it tastes.
Note: the method of making fruity bubble tea is the same as above, just add 2 spoonfuls of fruit powder to the cup.
Boil 500g of water, add 750g of sugar, and stir while adding to get 22oz(638ml) syrup (or directly change it into honey).
Boiling method of sugar water: according to the proportion of 1.5kg white sugar and 1kg water, then simmer for 10 minute, then turn off the fire and let it cool.
Method for making original milk tea
1. First, boil 15 kg of water to 100, pour in 180 g of tea, stew for 3-5 minutes, and then take out the tea.
Tea can be reused. If you cook it again, it will take about 5 minutes. )
2. Add 1 kg sugar (1 .8kg syrup, 1 kg sugar and 1 kg water) and1kg honey.
3. Add 1.3 kg creamer and 1.4 chocolate powder (chocolate board can be boiled into chocolate sauce) or (1.4 coffee powder) and stir well, then cook for 5 minutes. If it is iced milk tea, refrigerate it and keep it warm in a thermos.

Foam tea formula:
Formula of original bubble tea: 15g cream, sugar water, 2/3 tea leaves and ice cubes &; Boiled water, 15g pearls
Formula of Jiawei bubble tea: (Take taro milk tea as an example) 12g taro powder, 10g creamer and ice cubes &; Boiled water, sugar water, hot tea, 15g pearls.
Before making bubble tea products, prepare the following materials:
Pearl formula: 1 min Pearl 8 divide water, boil the water, add pearls, open the lid and simmer for 20 minutes, then turn off the fire, cover the lid and suffocate for 20 minutes, wash with cold water, drain the water and add appropriate amount of sugar water.
Tea formula: 60 grams of black tea, 3000cc of boiling water, time: 20 minutes.
Sugar water formula: 500 grams of sugar, 300cc of boiling water, boiled until the sugar is dissolved in water.
Making method of bubble tea:
1, pour the coffee spoon into the snow cup to mix milk tea powder, 1 spoon of fructose, and add the third cup of hot water.
Stir well with a stirring stick or coffee spoon, then add ice cubes, shake the glass quickly for 20 times, and then pour in.
A cup of 20g pearls will do.
2. Pour in a spoonful of coffee cream, a spoonful of fructose and 40g of hot water and mix well, then add two portions.

Method for producing bubble tea

1. Boil the water first, and then put the pearls into the boiling water for about 10 minutes. After another 10 minute, drain the cooked pearls and soak them in clear water. Add a little sugar to the clear water soaked in pearls, and the taste will be better.
2. Put the Pearl black tea bag into 15 kg boiling water, take out the tea bag after 15 minutes, and then pour the tea juice into a blender or other container.
3. Pour the sodium cyclamate (according to different tastes, not too much) into a blender or other container.
4. Pour the cream into a blender or other container.
5. Pour the fruit powder (first mix the fruit powder with 80-degree water) into a blender or other container.
6. Stir all the pearl ingredients added into a blender or other container until they are foamed (so that the ingredients in the container are mixed evenly) to achieve the best taste.
7. First pour a little boiled pearls into a plastic cup and add the prepared milk tea.
8. Seal with a tea sealing machine.
Banana milk tea.
