Rib 1.5
Half a taro
8 garlic.
Proper amount of salt
A small amount of soy sauce
Sesame oil 1 drop
2 tablespoons raw flour
Proper amount of oil
Sugar 10g
-Steps-
1. Wash the ribs, rinse them with blood and soak them (otherwise the whole ribs are not white but yellow).
2. Marinate the ribs, add salt, soy sauce (never too much, a little, or not, because the ribs should be steamed into white), a drop of fragrant oil to taste (don't eat the flavor of sesame oil), white sugar (don't omit this step, it is more elastic to put sugar in the meat), garlic and cornflour, mix well and let stand for half an hour.
3. Taro (big taro is powder), cut into small pieces and stir-fry or stir-fry in a pot, or steam directly without stir-frying. Then steam 15 minutes.
4. Mix a little oil before the ribs are steamed (so that the water in the meat is not easy to dry, and it is more tender and smooth), put it on the taro, and steam for 8- 10 minutes.
5. The finished product has a strong aroma of taro and garlic.
