Use two or three chopsticks to remove the leaves from top to bottom. The remaining few leaves can be picked by hand.
Celery harvesting mainly relies on picking the outer leaves one by one. When chopping the petioles, leave 2-3 core leaves. Generally, the outer leaves can be split and picked 3 times before the Spring Festival, and 4-5 times after the Spring Festival. If there are only 1-2 outer leaves of celery that can be chopped and picked, then the ventilation can be increased to inhibit the growth of the outer leaves and encourage the growth of the inner leaves to catch up, so that multiple outer leaves can be chopped and picked at one time.
