Preparation materials:
One piece of tofu, broccoli, 4~5 shiitake mushrooms, a handful of noodles, a carrot, 1 tablespoon of sesame, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar, 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil, and a moderate amount of chili powder (optional).
How to make it:
1. Cut the tofu into small cubes, heat oil in a wok, and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
2. Blanch the broccoli.
