English words and phrases related to Christmas:

Christmas Eve: Christmas Eve, which is the day before Christmas. December 24th every year. This is somewhat similar to our New Year's Eve.

Christmas Day: Christmas day, December 25th every year. It is equivalent to the Chinese New Year's Day. Everybody goes for various parties to celebrate the festival on Christmas day. (On Christmas day, everyone goes to various parties to celebrate the festival.)

Christmas gift or Christmas present: these two Words can all mean Christmas gifts. We often say: Here is a Christmas gift for you. Or: I have a present for your Christmas Day. It means that we want to give the other person a Christmas gift.

Santa Claus: Santa Claus. The image of him driving reindeer and pulling a sleigh filled with gifts from door to door to deliver gifts to every child has been deeply etched in people's memory.
