first step
Pork ribs, tomatoes, preserved plum (I use preserved plum powder instead of preserved plum at home), barbecue sauce, rock sugar, star anise, ginger, onion and salt.
Second step
Boil the water in the pot and blanch the small ribs for 5 minutes. Then take it out and wash it with cold water, and control the water to dry.
Third step
Add the right amount of oil to the pot, and pour in the ribs to control the moisture and stir fry.
Fourth step
Add onion, ginger and star anise, stir-fry for about 5 minutes, and stir-fry until the ribs are slightly yellow.
Step five
Add water, which is probably a little less than ribs, and then a spoonful of tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, plum powder, three or four with plums! There is also a small piece of rock sugar stewed on medium heat.
Step 6
Boil tomatoes in boiling water, peel them and dice them.
Step 7
Chopsticks are used to pick out onions, ginger and spices, stir-fry until the juice is cooked, and add sesame oil and salt to taste.
