Many people ignore that push-ups can exercise your abdomen, and the effect is to raise your head slightly, so I don't like doing sit-ups. Of course, this is beside the point.
If LZ is fat, the weight loss effect will be slower. It is suggested to increase the amount of exercise and do aerobic exercise once or twice a week.
