1. Use boiling water to brew. The water temperature is about 95℃-100℃. If the water temperature is too low, the tea leaves may not be able to fully release the aroma and flavor. If the water temperature is too high, it may destroy the nutrients and flavor of the tea.
2. Use ceramic or glass tea sets. Tieguanyin is tender and easily affected by the metal bulge, so it is recommended to use ceramic or glass tea sets to brew it.
3. Brew about 4-6 grams of tea at a time, about the amount of a small spoon. Fill with 200-250ml of water.
4. The first steeping time is short, only 15-30 seconds to remove, and the subsequent brewing time can be gradually extended.
5. Keep brewing 3-5 times, and gradually extend the time of each brew.
Note: Do not use boiling water directly to brew tea, you should first boil the water and then wait a few minutes, so that the water temperature is moderate before brewing tea. This will allow the tea to spread out better releasing the aroma and flavor.
