How to make delicious stir-fried quails

Wash the quails and cut them into pieces (remove the heads and tails), and cut the peppers into small pieces , cut the ginger into small slices, and cut the green onion into sections about 3 cm long;

Put the quail and ginger slices into the oil pan, and stir-fry over high heat , stir-fry the water until the quail meat is slightly yellow;
Sprinkle a little pepper, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir-fry evenly;
Add in the pepper, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry for about two minutes;
Add scallions, add a little light soy sauce, stir-fry well and serve on a plate.

Notes
1. Add a little more oil, because the meat of quail is very tender and easy to stick to the pan;
