How to make delicious wild mushrooms as follows:
Main ingredients: 100g pork belly, wild mushrooms.
Accessories: appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of MSG, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of blending oil, and appropriate amount of five-spice powder.
Steps:
1. Pick and wash wild mushrooms, blanch them in water, take them out and let them cool.
2. Slice carrots and green peppers.
3. Slice the pork belly and mince the onion, ginger and garlic.
4. Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the meat until it changes colour. Add the minced onion, ginger and five-spice powder and stir-fry until fragrant.
