2. Click on the rectangular text box and drag a rectangular box on the PPT page.
3. Then in the rectangular text box, right-click to appear the right-click menu, and then select Text Edit.
4. After the text box enters the editing state, for example, we enter 1.2.3.4.5 instead of five lines of text.
5. Select all five lines of text in the text box.
6. After selecting the text, enter the right-click menu and choose to convert the text into smart graphics.
7. In the samart graph, select a graph to be converted.
8. Then add colors to the converted graphics.
9. Add the finished color to complete the drawing. On the PPT page, you can completely see the converted SMART graphics.
