Old hens can stew soup with taro. Here is how to do it.
Prepare ingredients: old hens, taro, ginger, green onions, spices, and salt.
1. First, we clean up the old hen, wash it and set aside, as shown in the picture below.
2. Then remove the outer skin of the taro, and then cut it into hob pieces with a knife, as shown in the picture below.
3. Then cut the green onions into green onions and cut the ginger into slices for later use, as shown in the picture below.
4. Then break the star anise and wash it with cinnamon and Sichuan peppercorns, as shown in the picture below.
