1. Prepare 300 grams of chili noodles, 500 grams of chili powder and 100 grams of cooked sesame seeds. Add a spoonful of salt to season and a spoonful of sugar to refresh.
2. Prepare a green onion knot, peppercorns, star anise, allspice, shallots cut into sections, onion slices.
3. Heat oil in a hot pan, more oil, when the oil is hot, put the spices, open a small fire, slowly stir them. Stir out the flavor, the spices do not fish out, the oil temperature rise. The oil temperature is about 90% hot, it can be, turn off the fire.

6. After another minute, we pour the oil for the third time, because the oil temperature is very low, we can pour in all the oil.
7. After the oil is poured, stir a little, and finally add some balsamic vinegar to make the chili oil flavorful and rich.
