The method of fried rice with curry and seafood;
(1) Blanch the shrimps, fresh shellfish, green beans, carrots and green peppers in a boiling water pot, and take them out to control the water; Knock the eggs into a bowl and add salt to break them up.
(2) Heat the wok with oil, add diced onion and saute until fragrant, then pour in egg mixture and fry until cooked.
(3) Heat the wok with oil, add rice and stir-fry it loosely, then add shrimps, fresh shellfish, carrots, green and red peppers, refined salt, curry powder and white sugar and stir-fry.
