2 Potato and bacon fried rice, preparation materials, five slices of bacon, one potato, half an onion, vegetable oil, garlic, refined salt, chicken essence and soy sauce.
Wash and shred potatoes, shred bacon, shred onions, and shred garlic.
Practice: Heat oil in the pot, add onion and stir fry until fragrant, then add bacon and continue to stir fry. After half a minute, add shredded potatoes and stir-fry until golden brown, add cold soy sauce, stir-fry rice until there is no dough, and finally add minced garlic, salt and chicken essence. 3 Laoganma ham fried rice, preparation materials, Laoganma, onion, ham, olive vegetables, salt, rice.
Tear the olive vegetables into small pieces by hand, and cut the onion into granules.
Practice: put vegetable oil in the pot, then add olive vegetables, onions, ham and rice in turn, stir-fry for a while, pour in Laoganma, and then take the salt out of the pot.
