crabs belonging to the sea are edible as long as they don't stink:
① They can be steamed, roasted and fried within ten minutes after they die;
② Those who have died for more than 1 minutes and are kept fresh with ice within 24 hours can be choked with salt water for 12 hours and eaten directly;
(3) After more than 24 hours, you can only cut it, then use salt for 12 hours, and then eat it with rice vinegar and garlic paste.
as for how long it lasts: it is best to eat it on the same day in case of ①; In case of (2), you can choke with salt water for 12 hours, then take it out and vacuum package it in plastic bags and put it in the refrigerator (minus 4 degrees) for 3 months. In case of (3), it can be sealed in a glass jar and stored directly in the refrigerator (minus 4 degrees) for 6 months.
