Drink well and make up calcium and iron.
1. Rib corn yam soup
Pork ribs/corn/yam/carrot/red dates/ginger, wash ribs, put onions and ginger into mourning water, pour linseed oil into the pot, stir-fry ribs a few times, add appropriate amount of boiling water and stew for 60 minutes, then add other side dishes and stew for 30 minutes. It is so fresh that it can be seasoned with salt for a year or more.
2. Mushroom soup
Fresh shrimps/eggs/shiitake mushrooms/shiitake mushrooms/chopped green onion, pour linseed oil into the pot, stir-fry the eggs until the shrimps change color, add shiitake mushrooms and mushrooms, stir-fry until soft, add appropriate amount of boiling water to stew/kloc-0.5 minutes, then pour in egg pieces and cook for 2 minutes, which is delicious.
3. Beef and tomato soup
Wash potatoes, beef, tomato and ginger, cut beef into pieces, blanch onion and ginger, pour linseed oil into the pot and fry tomatoes to get juice, add beef and appropriate amount of boiling water to stew for 60 minutes, then add potatoes to stew for 30 minutes, which is too fragrant. Add salt to taste when you are over one year old.
4. Pork ribs and white radish soup
Pork ribs/radish/medlar/soybean/ginger, wash the ribs and blanch them with onion and ginger, pour linseed oil into the pot, stir fry the ribs a few times, add appropriate amount of boiling water and stew for 60 minutes. Lycium barbarum is so fragrant that it can be seasoned with salt when it is over one year old.
5. Crucian carp tofu soup
Slice crucian carp, tofu, onion ginger and crucian carp, and marinate with onion ginger for 30 minutes. Pour flaxseed into the pot and fry until golden on both sides. Add appropriate amount of boiling water for 5 minutes, then add tofu stew 15 minutes. Sprinkle some medlar and chopped green onion when cooking. It's delicious.
6. Pork ribs and winter melon soup
Wash ribs, wax gourd, ginger, chives and ribs in cold water and put them into the pot. Blanch onion and ginger, pour linseed oil into the pot, fry on low heat until both sides are golden, add appropriate amount of boiling water and stew for 60 minutes, and add wax gourd slices and stew for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with medlar and chopped green onion, which is nutritious and delicious.
