1 . Soak glutinous rice (glutinous rice) for more than 4 hours;
2. Clean the rice dumpling leaves you bought;
3. Fold the rice dumpling leaves at an angle of about 60 degrees from the middle, and then fold the tail. Paste and surround it into a funnel shape; there should be no holes at the tip of the "funnel";
4. Use a spoon to fill the "funnel" with soaked rice, fill it to about 4/5, drain and press it tightly. Fold the remaining rice dumpling leaves with the handle back and wrap the rice tightly. Do not expose the rice at both ends. Wrap the remaining rice dumpling leaves at a natural angle;
5. Use a pre-tied slip knot Thread (you can also use local materials to tear off a piece of rope from the edge of the rice dumpling leaf to make a rope) and wrap it around one corner of the rice dumpling, then wrap each corner and tie it tightly.
The key to making rice dumplings is to make them tight and not exposed, otherwise they will fall apart after cooking and will not taste good. This is the simplest way to make triangular rice dumplings.
