200-250g of animal fresh cream.
3-5 small flowers of Pleurotus ostreatus
20 g flour
salt
-Steps-
1. Preparation: Wash Pleurotus ostreatus and cut it into small pieces as much as possible.
2.( 1) Pour half the whipped cream and chopped mushrooms into a small milk pot and cook until it is half open. (2) Add a little flour to the other half of the whipped cream, dilute it and stir until it is thin but not sticky.
3. Slowly pour (2) into the boiling (1). If it is too thick, you can dilute it with a little water. If you like to drink a little thicker, you can sprinkle a little flour (but be sure to sprinkle a little, like salt, and stir while sprinkling, otherwise it will easily turn into flour dough or paste the pot and keep stirring! )
When it boils again, add a little salt. Finally, after serving, you can sprinkle some pistachio slices for decoration, or you can leave them alone.
-Hint-
If it is too thick, you can dilute it with a little water. If you like to drink a little stronger, you can sprinkle a little flour, but you must sprinkle a little, like salt, and stir it while sprinkling, otherwise it will easily become a flour ball.
